Q. When will my product ship?
A. Your products will ship within 1-2 days and should arrive within 3-10 days depending on your proximity to our warehouses. We currently do not ship outside the 48 Contiguous United States. You will receive an email with shipper and tracking information once your products ship.

Q. How can I check the status of my order?
A. You will receive an email with your order that contains a link to your order and shipping status. You can also call our toll free number to get order status.


Q. I received only one of my products, where is the rest of my order?

A. We ship products from 3 warehouses in different areas of the US. Your order may be split depending on where the product is coming from, the closest item arriving first. Your other items should arrive within a day or two.


Q. How do I pay for my order?

A. We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. For your added security and protection, PayPal processes credit cards for us. You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay, during checkout you will be taken to a secure page where you have the option of entering your card information, or signing into PayPal if you have an account.

Q. Do you take checks or money orders?
A. We currently do not take checks or money orders. However if you have a PayPal account, you can pay directly from your bank account or with eChecks. If you don't have an account, you can sign up with them for free at http://www.paypal.com or during checkout.


Q. Why is PayPal more secure than other forms of payment?

A. PayPal never allows any merchant to see your credit card information. During checkout your are taken directly to a PayPal secure page where only you and PayPal ever see your data. Once they process the card, they return you to our checkout confirmation page.


Q. What is your return policy?

A. Our return policy is simple, depending on if you just don't want it, or if it has a problem:

Damaged/Defective Returns:(domestic shipments only) Please contact us within 3 days of receiving a damaged or defective product. We will provide instructions for return, replacement, or repair. Return & replacement shipping will be paid by us. We may at our option provide you with replacement parts instead of a complete item replacement.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee: (domestic shipments only) If you want to return a non-damaged/non-defective product for any reason, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will promptly refund the purchase price for that item. You only pay for the return shipping.
Please note: Product must be unused, unwashed, in original resalable condition. It must be received in the original shipping and product packaging and include any manuals or documentation that may have came with the product.
